Shipping policy

UK WIDE DELIVERY!

We currently deliver all over the UK mainland areas, unfortunately we do not ship to U.K. islands or Eire. 

LEAD TIMES

Normally we allow between 10 -15 working days for production of your order, depending on the seasonal demands and if your order requires painting.

We do not hold any physical stock, as we manufacture everything to order.

As we hand craft our lead times maybe slightly longer than other manufacture. We take care and pride in every single order and never compromise, on our exceptional quality. There is also the added consideration of the destination of the order. 

We contact you as soon as we have a dispatch date for delivery.

Our lead times fluctuate throughout the year, please feel free to contact us in advance of ordering to confirm current lead times especially if you’re ordering large quantities.

If you have a delivery deadline, we can usually help, please call, or email us to discuss and confirm before ordering so we can be sure to meet your required date.

YOUR DELIVERY

Due to the varying size & shape of our products, we personally hand deliver orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We do not use palletised or national courier services. If access to the delivery address is restricted, please let us know so that additional instructions can be passed on to the driver. If you are unable to be in when the goods are delivered, we are happy to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour with your permission as rescheduling your delivery date may result in a delay.

SHIPPING COST

Our standard shipping charge is £49.95.

If you a smaller order and we can send by a courier/post, please contact us and we can make the arrangements to do this.
